Writer & Holistic Coach

Hi! My name is Natasja

I’ve been writing ever since I got my first journal as a teeny-weeny kiddo. Throughout my life, I’ve noticed that writing is one of the red threads in the story of me. From inventing adventurous stories to playing with words or simply putting thoughts to paper, writing has always been there for me. In 2021 I decided to return the favor. I took the plunge and turned my passion into my profession.

As an Indo-Caribbean and queer woman, who grew up without any visible representation, I knew it was time to be brave. I’ve combined my writing skills with the competencies and insights I gained during my educational career in European Studies and English & Spanish Literature & Linguistics and research into positive psychology, storytelling, and narrative therapy.

For now, I’m focusing on mental wellbeing and identity issues with communal and 1:1 coaching sessions through therapeutic writing and vulnerable storytelling. I’ve created workshops and a workbook with writing tools that can contribute to the improvement of our mental health. There’s a lot of pain in immigrant communities, especially for those who don’t conform.

We deserve to be our own person and to live by our own rules.

We deserve to be free.

Let’s write together.
